Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless otherwise stated by 1804 Collection .

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable fees may be charged separately.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. 1804 Collection  does not accept returns or issue refunds, store credit, or monetary refunds.

Exchanges are only available for verified incorrect or damaged products and must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete requirements.

Product Care & Alterations

Once a customer receives their order, they are responsible for proper handling, installation, maintenance, and care of the product.
