Shipping policy

1804 Collection works with international suppliers and shipping partners to fulfill orders. Shipping costs are calculated separately from product pricing and are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Processing & Production

Orders may require production and processing time before they are dispatched. Standard production time may take up to 10 business days after order confirmation and receipt of cleared payment.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. 1804 Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier operations, weather, force majeure, destination-country procedures, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Customers are also responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their purchase where required by law.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging and provide your order number along with clear photographs and/or video evidence of the issue.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. 1804 Collection is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
